Refunds & failed generations
Failed generation tasks automatically return the credits used by that task. This is a credit refund, not a reversal of your PayPal payment.
A successfully generated video consumes the displayed credits. AI output can vary; review the examples and settings before submitting.
For duplicate charges, missing credits or a monetary refund request, use Support and include the order ID shown under My account → Billing. We review payment refunds individually.
Approved monetary refunds are returned through PayPal and the corresponding credits are removed from the account. Credits already spent can result in a negative balance after a refund or reversal.
