Google sign-in provides your verified email, name and profile image. We use them to create your account and associate credits, orders, videos and support requests with it.
Your input images and generation prompt are sent to APIMart to generate the video. APIMart documents its temporary image upload storage as 72 hours. Its own processing and retention policies apply.
Completed videos are copied to our server and made available to your signed-in account for 30 days. Download a copy if you want to keep it longer.
PayPal processes payment information. We store order identifiers, amounts and credit ledger entries; we do not store your card number or PayPal password. Session cookies keep you signed in.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and engagement. Analytics uses cookies and receives page and browser information. We do not send your uploaded photos, prompts, email address or payment credentials to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can block Analytics using your browser settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Contact us through Support to request access to or deletion of your account data. Payment and dispute records may need to be retained where required.
